All the options are on my website and a full description as to what the product does. I make everything in house so chances are i can do what you want. I prefer to provide black hoses, ill see if my supplier has them in black. The multi diameter elbows are the hard ones to source.
Internet forums in general, but this one in particular are filled with Keyboard Komandos just like you. Why don't you head back to your nerdatorium so you can dream up more "zingers" and leave the car talk to the rest of us.
Any plans for unpainted parts?
Also what type of metal Aluminum or Steel? What is the wall thickness?
The only reason I ask, is the major reason for metal tubes is to shed heat. So thinner walls and unpainted wil provide the greatest amount of heat transfer.
These might be my next purchase whenever I get around to it. Just like the guy in post 14 i'm wondering if there's a chance for unpainted part. I know black is nice, but shiny is better

I can make it in clear metal if you want.
Its 14 gauge steel. As for the heat, you always have heat inside the pipe which is the same temp as the pipe. THe air usually heats up the pipe vs the engine temps.
I know it's a bit harder to work with, but can you come up with a price for unpainted stainless? For mild steel, you'd need coating to prevent rust, but thin wall stainless would be awesome!!
As for heat, unpainted pipes will get hot, but they will also release that heat quicker thus they act as a thermal transfer unit. Corky Bell has seen as much as a 5 to 10% decrease in intake temps with metal over silicone tubing.
Now painted vs unpainted probably is negligable but, I'd go for every last degree :D

I dont use mild steel. I use aluminized. Its mild steel with an aluminum coating which prevents the rust.
I cant use to thin of a wall because i expand the tubings end. The throttle body is 2.75" so i have to epand the 2.5" tubing to 2.75" and it can crack if its to thin a gauge.
Ahhh yea, I understand you can't go to thin. But for me I'm waiting for someone to come up with stainless hard pipe kit. I might be waiting forever, but oh well.

Only the best! That IS an hks ssq bov. You must be from the old school if you did not notice that was an HKS. They changed the design i think sometime last year it was. Same internals, different external.
haha oh i didn't check to see what bov it was, and i don't recall seeing it in the description (which i'm not sure if i read or not, i looked at the thread a while ago). i probably wouldn't be able to recognize how it looks, but i definitely recognize the sound!
