Exhaust & Intake which one first?

Whats going on? I've been looking around for a good mini cooper forum for a while now and came across here and been reading what people have had to say. I had a question if anyone out there can answer for me. I just got my 2006 Mini Cooper S with the Premium and Sports Package. My question is which one would be the first one to install...

Exhaust or Intake.. or would it be better to install them both.

John Cooper Works Exhaust MINI Cooper S
The John Cooper Works sport exhaust is the same parallel flow unit, which is included in the John Cooper Works Tuning Kit. The stainless steel exhaust provides a distinctive, very sporty exterior sound and the John Cooper Works branded exhaust tips add a racing look to the car. Price does not include installation.

John Cooper Works Air Filter Kit
Give your MINI a little extra growl and an additional 5 hp of giddy-up. The JCW Air Filter Kit is available for all MINI Cooper S models.Price does not include installation.
This item fits years: 2003 - 2006

-Cheers !!!

the best for me is:
1 : obx

3 : alta intake

i show you this exaust is better than jcw because is oversize like supersprint!

You're doing what I'm in the process of doing with the same parts.

I did the exhaust first - well, had it done - because that's where the bigger gain is.

I'll do the JCW intake next, followed by a Dinan Big Boost kit later on.
