Hi to all...
Well I had been wanting to do something to the mini, but you know the $.
Also I was coming off a traumatic brain injury the end of december so my processing skills are not the best..story for a different day.

For my 03S, I was wondering about the airfilter being it has 42K & I bought it used. I am sure glad I pulled the panel filter it was Gross.

I saw a cone filter at pepboys for about $26. So I thought maybe I could make it work along with some type of adapter and try to keep as much of the stock box as needed. I really had to cut the air box to make it fit, but I wanted to keep the stock location for the battery cable.

Take a look, I think this will work. Let me know if it looks ok to get me by. I will have to buy the oil filter cleaning kit in 10K miles. Total I spent about $36. I spent a lot longer time on it than I orginally thought, but like I said it takes me some time to process what I need to do. By the seat of my pants it seems to of helped my mini breath better.
