Which Pulley to get? 15%, 17% or 19%?

I am really interested in installing a pulley what am not quite sure what to get. i found 15%, 17% and 19% pulleys on the ALTA website. what are the pros and cons of those?

There are hundreds of threads on this, the higher the % the greater the reduction the more power the more risk/heat issues.

I tried this joke with Cravenspeed at AMVIV and he called me on it. They make an underdrive crank pulley for the '07.
