What tuner has produced the MINI with the most horsepower to the wheels? NOT conting the QVICK racer...

 

Power varies so much with the dyno, air temp, altitude and whether the engine is hot or cold that any war over the most hp measured would be almost meaningless. What I want to see are controlled side-by-side comparisons. Anything else is guesswork or marketing depending on who is doing it.
