NEED HELP brake vibration

I was replacing my brake pads and after I was done the pedal was very soft and I was getting terrible vibration at 35mph when braking. I changed the front pads only, tried to do the rears but couldn't without the special tool. We also bled the brakes a little so its a possibility that air got in the lines, although i doubt it as we were using two people and bled quite a bit of fluid. Any idea on where the vibration is coming from? I plan on bleeding the brakes again.

Stupid question! Did you make sure you cleaned your rotors and new pads of any and all oil you may have deposited on them during the install?

well i did the replacement on saturday night (only took about an hour for the fronts) and since we planned on doing the rear also my friend loosened the back left lug nuts, but not completely. turns out the loose lug nuts were causing the vibration. guess you shouldn't work on your car at 11:30pm =D
