M7 DFIC, OBX Headers or,(yes I know its suspension) NEX Coilovers

Hey guys, read my upgrades below...consider what I have an give your IMO.
I have about a grand to spend, thinking of these three upgrades/mods.

M7 DFIC-love the look, but what are the real benefits....seems so back and forth here on NAM

OBX Headers-10 Hp? 5Hp? Emissions?

NEX Coilovers-Love the thought of being able to customize my ride height. I live in Colorado, thick snow tires it the winter and some extra ground clearance would be sweet. Drop it in the summer....expecially for AutoX

Just wanna hear some peopl'e thoughts! Thanks!!!

For the price range, do the OBX header and a tune...maybe look up Randy Webb...

From posts here on NAM, the header might gain you 5 hp, maybe less, but is more effective in gaining torque. That with the tune, Unichip, GIAC, MTH, JCW should yeild some nice results. I wouldn't think that the IC would be at the top of your list in CO. Some here on NAM will tell you that the right coilover is the best mod you can do to your MINI. I can't comment as I'm not there yet.

Randy has done most of my mods, and I have certainly thought about his extreme sway bar....but it all seems so COOL! Ahhhhhh!

It does look like you would best benefit from some suspension work at tis point, then get back to the engine.
BTW -don't forget improving your ability to STOP as well, its always nice to go fast but its even nicer to get things stopped in time at high speeds.

Just my 2 cents.
