At first I was shifting at 7000 but kept bouncing of the rev limiter. So I backed off and shifted at 6800. I was shifting fast. I dont think I can improve there.

Here is my fastest (not quickest) time of the night:

time@mph: 15.536 @ 92.09 mph
60-ft: 2.710

I got in FIFTEEN RUNS! Most of which were 15.5's (forgot to turn off the DSC on the first 10)

My second Quickest time was:

time@mph: 15.423 @ 90.65
60-ft: 2.485

This was my first time taking my mini to the track, and it took a bit to figure out how to drive the car. My best 60 foot time was from holding the car at 4000 rpm on the line, then slipping the clutch to keep the car at 4000 till it hooked up. My car before this was a 68 camaro with a big block. It ran 12.5 on Radials and was a lot easier to drive!

Comparing my car against the rest on the list, I can't imagine I will get .5 seconds from installing an intake, but I guess its possible.

We'll see. I will keep you updated!

LOL

You might be more successful in finding an answer to your question if you create a thread in the 2nd generation area of the forums instead of digging up a 5 1/2 year old thread. Just sayin'

I believe the updated 1/4 time thread is located over here.

https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/forums/drag-racing/42226-the-unofficial-mini-1-4-mile-time-database.html

For some reason the hyperlink isn't working, as the /forums/ is being stripped when clicking the link.
Either way, there's a thread in the Drag Racing section of the Racing Forum that has 1/4 mile times.
