JCW Air Filter Kit and the Exhaust

Looking for feedback and opinions about JCW bits.
What do you think of the Air Filter Intake Kit and the Exhaust?
From what I've read I understand that they are very expensive.
How well do they preform?
One reason I'm interested in them is warranty from the dealer.
I was think about Dinan too. But recent posts dashed that idea.

I love my JCW exhaust - it added a bit of power, is quiet in the passenger compartment and I'm told it sounds great from the outside.

Others I know who have the air intake are very happy with it as well.

JCW exhaust sounds better than stock, but is not loud, just better tuned, IMHO. My MA added one to his S and deleted the resonator (just put in a straight pipe) and it is a bit louder than stock JCW when you get on it, with much louder pops, but still decently quiet under normal loads.

I am running the JCW Intake. I was pleased with its quality when I installed it and I am still happy with the product.
The sound is nice, especially above 4500 rpm when the flap opens. If you upgrade the filter to the M7 replacement later it comes with the option of defeating the flap so it remains open.
I like the JCW CAI as it is. You can find sales here on the marketplace from time to time from the Vendors.
