Helix is only and hour or so away - hooking up with a quality vendor is always a good thing. While I have not purchased anything from them, I have taped their knowledge bank (given willingly ). I am running several RDR products which are top shelf.

PLUS you will have a great ride home! Pulley up!

This is mainly a cosmetic mod. Not sure if I would suggest this as a first mod.

Wow, talk about a great day...I come home from work to some great advice (and a bunch of ways to spend non-existant cash flow )

As for hooking up with Helix, I'll most likely do that as they're quality (from all the things I've read) and local (45-60 min)

8PM will see me in the drivers seat - can't wait, I'm über-psyched.
Woe betide the machine who finds itself in front of me...although for the first 600-1k I suspect I'll be ::tired::

PS: The end of the month is a great time to negotiate, especially when someone needs to make their numbers! When else can you say you paid less than MSRP, got iPod adapter, wheel locks, mats for free and a discount on Roadblock. ::evil::

Go for the Holy Trinity: pulley, CAI and exhaust. See how you like it, and go from there.
Oh, yeah: LOSE THE RUNFLATS!!!!!

But it prevents mushrooming, doesn't do much for handling (if anything) but it keeps the towrs from being destroyed which makes it a smart thing to do early on.
