Well i just got back from Helix Minisports In Philadelphia, PA. I picked up my K&N Typhoon Intake (installing tomorrow) and spoke to Eric. He is a very knowledgeable guy and let me driver there test mini. It sold me on H&R springs. :smile:. He took the time to discuss with me options for my Cooper S and what would make me happy performance wise. He did not try to sell me things I wanted since I was not using them for there intended purpose (Big Brakes, Adjustable rear control arms). It was time well spent and I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks for my springs and maybee a pulley :smile:.

There is even a brewery next door :smile: Too bad I do not drink beer

 

Sweet, I'm going tomorrow to get a pulley installed and now I find there's a brewery next door! :smile:

Make sure you get a new Pulley! Definately worth it. The guys at Helix are really nice and I really recommend them!

I got my H&R's put on from Helix on my MC back in March - and I did utilize the brewery next door
The car handles nicer, and it looks sweet as well. The guys at Helix are top notch...

 

Helix Rules! They installed my pulley! Best performance per $ mod and they best performance mod period!

Chris & Eric are great and will treat you and your MINI with the utmost respect!

I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of MINI install!

 

I'm definitely going to the dyno day on the 24th. See you there.

I was very impressed with Eric. He has been around cars for a while and was great to talk to. I installed my K&N Typhoon intake and it woke up my MCS. I will download some pics later tonight. I can't wait till i get the springs. Now if they were making RUM next door i would be in trouble....
