Is It NORMAL ??

yesterday i was cleaning my car. i saw this 1
i thought there is sumthing wrong with my car... i think its the mount right ??

That metal thingy and grounding strap is supposed to be held down on the rubber thingy with a locknut. Don't drive it until you get it replaced. Is that what your asking?

yes.. so :S why this rubber is not fit :S
what will happen if i drive the car without fixing it ? :S cuz idont have time at all to go to the dealer

its the same in the pic exactly
