OBX Header Thermal coated? Pros & cons

I have a new OBX header to go on my 05 MCSC to mate up with a magna cat and a slightly used Borla...
Question is should I get the OBX header coated?
With what produc to reduce heatt?
Where in the NYC area can I get this done?
Any idea of cost?
Finally is this a good idea to reduce heat in the engine?
My car is/will be moderately modded and is a daily driver, I expect to have it for at least another 4 years to 100,000 miles.
Advise, comments would be appreciated. Michael

It's a good thing
HPC, Swain Jet Hot and others (Swain is the closest to you)
~$200
Will reduce heat in the engine bay not the engine( yes this may help engine temps a bit if you want to be picky)
No one can say for sure what the life expectancy of the OBX is even uncoated so coated info will be guesses. Half that at 50K is a decent guess.
