I have a november 02 MCS and would like a short shift kit.I think the Alta one looks pretty good ,but is there any as good but cheaper or does anyone know of the cheapest place to get an Alta shifter or similar. want to reduce the throw by about 45%

 

I am obviously biased, but I like ours because of the locking collar instead of allen screws. It also allows adjustment from the cockpit within a minute or so, which allows you to have the throw exactly where you want it.

Hi thanks for that looks like you have some great kit.Is that shifter the same as the cravenspeed one?as it looks very similar
