go straight to unichip - tell'em what you got and they will reprogram it.

Try to find out who the seller bought it from, and go from there. I had the same issue come up when I purchased mine used. In my case, it was Outmotoring.com who had sold it to the person that I purchased it from and I had him send it directly to them for a retune according to my mods.

It turned out that the original purchase included a free retune, so Aaron was nice enough to tune it to my specs for free and sent it over by mail. It took just a bit of coordination and everything went without a hitch and super quick. (Thanks Aaron!! )

I would explore that avenue first and go from there. Talk to the original seller and see what they can do.

Good luck!

I've had personal experience with sending my unit to Unichip and they are very gracious and willing to help.

Just do some follow-up because sometimes things fall through cracks and people need reminding. Give them a call and you'll be happy.
