Drivetrain supercharger on cooper?
It is feasible with a lot of cash. The problem is development costs, and honestly, most tuners have seen that the folks that want to hot-rod their cars have mostly been S owners, so the costs haven't been there for Cooper development in comparison.
The other problem is that the S has a lower compression ratio, along with a few other goodies in the motor, that make it safer to supercharge. If you just bolt up a supercharger to the Cooper, you would have to run lower boost, and the cost to horsepower would probably make it non-feasible. If you don't mind a grenade, it could be done cheaper, but to do it right, you will end up spending more than what it costs to just get an S in the first place.
Enjoy the Cooper for what it is - a lighter, nimble car that begs to be driven up a mountain! I can help you a bit with the horsepower and sound, but there just isn't much you can do.
Feel free to contact me with any other questions.
