hope I'm not "thread-jacking" ...

SMG, please do advise on those wheels, you have a nice package going there.
I was considering getting these, which do not have that "tough" look of yours.
What do you think?

my wheels & tires combo are still not pefect yet.......i'm happy with the look & weight savings on the rims but then if i have a choice to do it all again.....this is what i'll do

17x7 with 38 offset and then some 205/45/17 or 215/40/17 r compound tires.
(mine now is 17x7.5 with 43 offset & some 215/45/17 tires)

i think mini madness carry some volk racing wheels.....give them a call and i'm sure they can help.

and beshaw, your mini is tough looking too....hehe...

ps..if you wanna disappear quickly in the twisties, get some 15" volks with some r tires and a nice suspension setup, then you'll disappear in no time.
