Cheapest place I've seen for EBC Brake pads.

EBC Red Redstuffs: Front $80.95 / Rear $71.95
EBC Green Greenstuffs: Front $74.95 / Rear $65.95
EBE Yellow Yellowstuffs: Front $89.95 / Rear $80.95

For those of us who haven't bought pads yet, are the s because those are extremely low prices? Or do you just like ?

= low prices by $10-20 under any vendors in the directory.

Greens are a VERY low dust street pad. Reds are aggressive street/mild track. And Yellows are track, although said to be usable for street.

Oh, they also offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.

I have the Greens and they have been awesome but I will move up to the Reds or Yellows for the "just because I can" factor.

Well another good pad for the COOPER is the Hawk HPS pads. They are GREAT.. Low dust, Great braking power, and just ALOT better than stock. If you do a change you should go with the power slot rotors also and thats a good combo setup.... Good luck Spike

They also carry Hawk:

Hawk Ceramic Fr $93.95 / R 78.95
Hawk HPS Fr $90.95 / R

(a whole dollar cheaper than TireRack but shipping is FREE on orders over $50 with autoauthority)

You'd have to read up on the difference between the two hawk pads, but to me, they look the same; one is "low noise," other is "virtually no noise," again "low dust," versus "ultra low dust."

Didn't find a price on the HPS rears for my '03 Coop (searches for MCS or different years might show different results ?). They did have the Hawk HP Plus "trackable" pad for the rear at $100.95
