I have been watching this crank pulley and had a few questions.

1. Will I need a different belt?

2. If I do, can I use the shorter belt that is used for the supercharger pulley? (Thats what I have)

3. I am going to be puttin this on the same time I do the pulley on my 2005 MCSa. Is there anything I should look out for?

No that pulley won't work. Its an underdrive pulley, you want an overdrive pulley to turn the supercharger faster. Plus I would get one made by a known MINI parts co. Such as Alta, M7, Craven etc.
