I bought it from a Saturn dealer in Peoria. The dealer got it via an auction. It was originally purchased in Las Vegas. I am pretty sure it was lowered as their is some damage to the wheel wells that Victor from MINI Works found. Everyting else was stock though, it even had the stock pulley which is what makes the re-map part a little perplexing.
