m7 pulley install

How tight do I tighten the four screws? Is the M7 pulley supposed to move?

I think the spec is 78 INCH-lbs, but in reality, just 'nice and tight' should work fine. Once the pulley is pulled tight to the hub, it shouldn't move.

Get the screws kinda tight, then reinstall the belt. It will keep the pulley from turning as you do the final tightening.

What he said but

don't forget a little dab of blue Locktite on those screws.
I am not sure what the torque specification is for M7 pulleys but your vendor should be able to tell you. Don't confuse INCH pounds with FOOT pounds, it has happened here before.
