How about spending some time behind the wheel at a drivers school or track day...
What about an exhaust? that is most of the easy cheap mods. I would start thinking about a polished and ported head to truly get the best from your MINI

I spent alot of time after most of the early mods Autoxing, did a few days at the track with instruction, then I jumped off the autox grid for a few years... $$$$ kids in college/private school... now im trying to sneak back in with some new mods and not sure what would be nxt.

someone mentioned GAIC ? not sure what kind of ECU flash this it, its new to me, any websites or can someone point me to them so i can read up?

btw, my UUC is a realy nice sounding pipe.

from your list - its time to upgrade the ECU. another option mentioned previously would be an OBX header.
