It was 3 pulls on the dyno...
Green = 1st pull
Red = 2nd pull
Blue = 3rd pull

Is that what you meant?

Excellent Chip.....

I'm sure the JCW guys were slightly shocked over the results. And it's kind of funny that you got the HP at the crank that the JCW cars should have..

Yes.
Noticed the green graph's air fuel ratio is drastically different. Is the decrease in the second and third runs a result of heat soak?

Yes... I have the 2 res. setup.

@Joe, I can only guess that the drop-off is due to heat soak. Literally all I know about dynoing a car I learned the day my car was run.

How far apart were the runs? In any case, great first run!

Um... about 5-10 seconds. HAHAHA

I think my numbers would have been a little higher if not for the fact that I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there (highway speeds the whole way) plus my car sat for another 1.5 hours in the sun with the hood closed before my runs. And I'm still using the S-Lites (but not for too much longer ).

Here's another video running up through the gears, shifting at about 5000 rpms. Down shift to 4th for a turn, up to 5th then back down for a stop sign at the top of a hill. A little bit of wheel spin at the beginning so I had to let off a some to correct. The driveer's side window was open but the passenger window was closed. I have the additional resonator installed. Enjoy...

How bad does it drone on the highway at crusing speeds? I have the 1 res. setup and am trying to decide if I want to order the 2nd one. I also have a header on the car, so that adds some noise also..

If so, then I wantum.

Thanks.

Oh yes. It drones. But, I don't do much highway driving, so it really doesn't bother me much, but it is loud... Sitting at idle with a few revs like the videos in this thread, it really doesn't sound much different. The in car driving video sounds a bit quieter, but the audio quality isn't too great, so it's a bit hard to tell. But.. for $50 I may just order it and slap it in and see. I can always take it out if i want.

[quote=34Mini]Oh yes. It drones. quote]

The droning was the reason for us adding a very low restriction resonator,
and the pleasant by product is a deep growly tone...

The FreeFlow system is now sold with the extra resonator as standard. but
the system can be purchased barebones for $729.00

Does the sound change once the exhaust has some miles put on it?

The blue and red represent repeated consistent data being ignored in favor of the more generous outlier
