It looked closer to 50 than 40 on the video. I was impressed.
Did you catch what the tach was reading when you shifted to 2nd?

See ya,
JS

I changed when the rev limit comes in, 7500rpm in the Hartge conversion thats why it could be more than 40mph.

I have 215x40x17 Toyo's on and the speedo is reading a tad under what it should be reading. I have a GPS speedtrap detector which displays my speed on the on the lcd screen.

This is probably a stupid question but how are your gauges black face or is that just cause of how dark the car is that they look that way?

Not very scientific, but timing the speed on the video shows a 0-60 of @6.4seconds, much better than the 6.7 of JCW.

Glad you like it chaps...

I'm off to a tuning company in the UK AmD at the end of the month for a few more mods..Aim to get around 220hp..

It was dark when I filmed it, the guages are still silver..

I can't believe I'm on here so long after this was first posted and I'm still the first to notice he clicked over to 5828 at 111 mph. I'll be watching to see what speed I'm doing when I click from 5827 to 5828 on the odometer.

Any chance of seeing the "trackday" video without the music background? Let us hear that supercharger whine and exhaust...

Great video! Don't be afraid of redline, I wind my MCS out to 7300 rpm all the time. That works out to almost 50 mph in first gear!
