Need Help

Hi, I just ordered a new 2006 Mini cooper S manual I've been preparing to make this decision for about 3 years now. I wanted to put an intake on it in the future and I was wondering if anyone would help me pick one. I wanted one that gives me power and will be good. I don't want to put the John Copper works intake because its $450. I found a K&N typhoon intake ,but I heard that K&N makes good filters, but not the intake itself. Does anyone know if that is a warranty void if I put an aftermarket intake? Please let me know thanks for your help!!!

Where do you live? The K&N Typhoon system is fine. Plus it has a CARB number to make it legal in CA. I think I have a pic of it somewhere in my gallery. -- Johan

in the case of warranty issues, the intake will take 15 mins to take on and replace with the stock intake. Only an idiot of a dealer would void your warranty with an intake.

Best Intakes are WMS HDI and ALTA CAI, or M7 AGS
