Anyone with info on this header?

I confirmed that it is the header and cat together, it is an aftermarket unit @$399.95 plus shipping.

I have an email in to them, waiting for reply. I haven't seen a header
with cat for $400.

In the pic on their website, I can't see any O2 bungs. Would the angle of the photo allow you to see them if they were there?
