I'm pretty sure mine is 63mm and it does its job... I have a head/header/intake manifold and runners honed so I am able to take advantage of the increase. this would not be an early mod as I had the TB before the head and did not notice any sig difference

At what RPM would you say this larger TB starts to show an advantage?

wouldnt t/b only be worthwhile if ur going the full monty?

i mean a bigger t/b (increased airflow etc) would still suffer the same 'bottlenecks' as a stock t/b unless u had ported/polished/ the s/c headwork etc?
fair enuf jsut switching the t/b and nothing else might give u some gains but hwo much are we talking here? 2-5hp? for how much $$???
