Custom intercooler diverter?

Hi everyone

My GRS intercooler diverter has hit the fan... one of the holes that attaches to the M7 scoop is now completely broken (ie, the front right hand side one), that basically holds the front of the diverter flush to the hood.... ill need to make a new diverter immediately before the effects become more pronounced

if anyone can send me some dimensions of their custom diverter piece... or perhaps the dimensions of the Alta diverter.. it'd be GREATLY appreciated.. pls pm me if you have it!

Why not

1) just re-attach the broken piece - the GRS piece is fiberglass?

2) double stick tape to the hood or JB weld ?

I wanted my GRS Hood piece to "fit" tight against the hood so I added a strip of double stick tape between the two along the front edge that meets the scoop. I did this because, I had to move the GRS piece back about 3/8 of an inch to accomodate a GTT IC unit. I did redrill the holes so it is bolted but found a bit of a space in the middle, the double stick tape resolved that and ensured no air forced its way between the two pieces.

I think it would be better to glue it to the hood itself over the insulation.
