Drivetrain All IK22's Created Equally?

All IK22's Created Equally?
So with all of the talk here about the Denso IK22 plugs lately, I decided I'd go ahead and try them out w/ a new sc pulley. And being budget minded, I headed for eBay. 
After looking there, it seems they're selling IK22's that they claim are for Acura's, Honda's, and VW's, but not MINI. So I'm wondering, will all IK22's fit the MINI, or is there a specific size?
