Does anyone have a belt tensioner tool in Miami?

my SC belt just popped and I need this tool to get the new belt on. I will order it but it will still take at least 2 days to get here...

if some one has it and can let me borrow it, I can pass by and pick it up tonight and I will return it tomorrow afternoon.

I just need to get it fixed today! I have school tomorrow...
