Drivetrain performance head = rev higher?

performance head = rev higher?

If I were to buy a performance head, either Pilo or WMS...would the upgraded head allow the engine to rev any higher?

It'll help with valve float if you get upgraded springs, etc., but you'd still probably have to worry about the stock internals. Lots of people are going really high on stock parts, but the worry still remains on throwing a rod, etc.
