Drivetrain Intercooler and Cool Chips, would it work?

For all you modification experts and engineers,

I was just looking at the naked intercooler that Dave posted and that made me think about heat sinks, and that made me think about electronics, and that made me think about pickles. No, wait, that's not right Thinking about electronics made me think of the new cool chip technology.

(see here for an overview of cool chip technology )

There are some cool chip technologies which are ready to run on standard 12V systems and take very little electricity. I wonder if these would work as a possible alternative to the CO2 and Nitrous air cooling applications being discussed.

Just an idea. What do you think?
