Drivetrain Cowls below windscreen?

Cowls below windscreen?
I opened the plastic behind the CAI to let the filter breath from the cowl below the windscreen.
I heard several opinoin to the pressure situation at this area at high speeds.
Is there positive or negativ pressure. If the pressure is negativ you loose some psi boost pressure.
