I'd like to give you an answer as far as my MCS is concern but I still haven't been able to get my boost/vac gauge connected right so its only giving vacuum reading. But i can tell you this, with the Alta Intake and 17% pulley, I feel that i am getting awesome gains. Sorry i can't give you exact numbers.

Did you have the same boost with a 19%?....If you have a 19% you gone a get more boost than a 15% pulley i think or not???

I did not know how much I had for a stock pulley. I added 15%, large IC and boost gauge then I got 16 psi at 5500 rpm in 2nd gear.

I'm thinking to add the lightweight crank pulley...shall I see 18psi?

I have seen around 19 psi. I have the 19% supercharger pulley with the 4% crank pulley and larger intercooler.

The stock car is 10.5lbs if not mistaken, I was told that a 15% pulley takes the boost to 14.5lbs.

Then there are 16%, 17% and 19% pulleys - the vendor should be able to confirm actual boost as oppose to guage boost.

There are formulas for this stuff and the pros on the board can set the numbers straight - don't rely on people's guage reads for there are alot of crappy guages out there.

was @17# with 19% gaic miltek header&cat-back.

that was back in march around 75 degrees @sea level.
now-92 degrees, light crank plulley, larger intercooler running 15#.
does that sound right?
guages- i have stewart warner boost 25# max, volt, water,
oil temp, oil pressure, gus shift-lite. colors match perfect.
looks very retro. put the oil temp.&water temp. in the center vents.

18lbs w/19% pulley & GRS IC... and a new belt. After a couple thousand miles, I start getting a little belt slip and that number goes down to about 17%.

Do you guys get 15psi with JUST the Pulley alone without CAi, remap and etc? I got 16psi with 15%,Cai, and remap... Is my boost still low?

My wifes car got 13.5 psi @7200 rpm with a 15% pulley and MTH. On my JCW car with MTH I got 12.75 psi @ 7200 rpm with the same gage. Boost sourced from the fuel pressure regulator nipple on the intake manifold. Ambient temp 89F. 2nd gear for both.

My apexi AFC read 1.08 kg/m on the peak hold but has read higher at 1.12 before. Maybe the SC wasn't fully warmed up and sealing properly.

It would be nice if you could list the conditions you took your readings under. Ambient temp can have an effect on the reading.

Todd brings up a point here. The ONLY way to compare boost is using what boost you are getting at WHAT RPM. If one guy has a 15% and a stock redline and another guy has a 15% with a 7600 redline, there will be differeces in boost seen.
