If you can chose one of the Throttle body, Which one would it be?
The M7 62mm or Helix 63mm?
M7 62mm is about $349.95 + S&H
Helix 63mm is about $399.99 +S&H

Oh No!

Are you just trying to start a flame war or what?

Just kidding, but based on past questions like this, it wouldn't be unusual.

Just FYI, speak with Peter about his and he can share some of the design differences between his and others. There are a couple and he is a phone call away.

I believe the M7 is a 63 not sure. Webb is a 62. The M7 is like brand new. The Webb was on my old 03 for 2 summers. Car was never driven in snow, in storage Nov. - April.

Bought it from another MINI owner who used it on his car for 3-4 weeks. I never installed it on my GP. I may go in a different direction or even a larger one depending on my next engine upgrade from RMW. Jan has some really nice new toys coming in the future.

They are a sponsor/vendor on here. His website is under construction. He doesn't list his new parts yet. Check out Longboards car here, 1.8 stroker motor.

M7 62mm vs Helix 63mm Throttle Body?

Easy choice go with the shop that actually has a Mini / BMW machanic that installs and stands behind all the parts he sells at the shop.

Some people say Fanboi, and yeah fanboi of good quality work and support.

It's like buying something from Alta thats cheaper, You All-ta know better and buy quality parts the first time.

A throttle body swap can be done in the driveway by anyone with a socket set that knows which end of the wrench to hold
