Hi Folks

I just got myself an Alta Catch Can for my 05, and it came with instructions. The problem is it didn't come with 05 instructions.

I called Alta, very nice guy answered and said there are instructions but no way he could get them to me outside of snail mail. I'm in Canada and it didn't sound like it was going to be an easy task for him to send them my way.

Has anyone installed a catch can in an 05? If so do you have any input?

I have one on an '05. I mounted it and routed the lines as per instructions provided. No problems.

Thats a VERY interesting install. I like the out of the way location.

Sure, took maybe 1- 1.5 hours, going at a slow pace

 

I used the "location B '03 and newer instructions". Can is mounted on the fender wall to the rear of the engine bay. Again, no problems.
