Question on this product?

I found this HP performance chip on eBay and wanted to know if any of you have any information about this product?

will not work with MCS but good for MC

It's just a 3-cent resistor that's supposed to fool the computer into thinking the car is cold. When the car is cold, the computer richens the mixture a bit to expedite warming the catalytic converter & stuff. The line of thinking is richer = more power. It's not quite that simple & you'll likely experience problems.
