Drivetrain JCW intake CARB approved?

JCW intake CARB approved?

Hey does anyone know if the JCW intake (without the complete JCW kit) is California Air Resource Board approved? I see on the CARB website that the complete JCW kit is approved but it doesn't specifically mention the intake by itself.

i see no reason why it wouldnt be. Especially seing as many Californians have the JCW w/ the new intake...
