...in a distant galaxy, obviously far far away, a new Schwartz drive is being hooked up to a lucid hex capacitor plasma motor in the hopes of reaching ludicrous speed by light speed. I emailed some funny looking guy - short, big ears, talks funny - looking for SAE net whp numbers. He didn't know about our rating system...funny thing, but sited his own ES system - Exorbitant Sophistry. I asked if he measured this at the wheels or on a bench. He said which ever seemed bigger to me. Being the optimist that I am, I went for the biggest numbers I could find.

I kinda like that guy; easy to get along with and like I said, his numbers always looked really good too.

 

Yea, people on this forum seem to be getting a little out of hand...

 

It was meant as a light hearted poke at exagerated numbers, AND, exagerated expectations. If something seems to good to be true then, it usually is.

 

I'll buy it, as long as it's capable of Ludicrous Speed!
