Replacement MCS shifter with bolt stops?

Hey all,

I just recently got my new MCS, and while I'm loving it, one of the things I REALLY miss compared to my Mustang is my shifter. In my Mustang, I have a Pro 5.0 shifter, which aside from being bulletproof tough, include bolt stops. For those (likely few) people reading this that don't know what that means, it means there are (adjustable) solid bolts at the front and back of the shifter mechanism, which stop the shifter from travelling too far as you shift into each gear.

The benefit? Aside from the VERY durable feel this gives, you can shift as fast and HARD as you want, and you won't break anything (assuming your footwork is up to it). No bent forks, no transmission damage, etc.

Is anyone aware of what high quality shifters, with bolt stops, are available for the MCS? Simply making the shifter shorter won't do it for me without those bolts. I like to shift very aggressively, but I find I have to hold back in my MCS compared to my Mustang, for fear of breaking something.

Thanks for any info you all can provide. I had hoped that "Pro 5.0" also made one compatible with the Getrag tranny, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

Hate to break the news, the Mini has a cable shifter so you will never be able to "slam" the car into gear, ever...

Aww, damn... oh well, good thing I'm keeping my Mustang too.

Thanks for the heads up, I didn't realize that.
