Alta 15% or 17% Pulley ???

I'm was planning on getting the Alta 15% pulley, primarily based on Randy's web (Webb?) site.

Now I see that Alta has a new 17% pulley. Is this the the happy medium between 15 % and 19%? Would I need to use a different belt? Can the car still be run on a track ( 1-2 times per year )?

Any input on the pro's & con's of either set up will be greatly appreciated

I would get a new belt for the 17%. I just put a JCW belt on my 15%, though the original belt was still in perfect shape.

What I would do, and am doing, is get the 15% and the 2% Alta crank pulley.

How would the 17% work with the GAIC software, and would larger injectors be needed as witht he 19%?
