Mini Madness Stage 2 vs. JKW kits

Local dealer will install a Mini Madness Stage 2 kit for $3626 vs $6077 for the JCW. Although the Stage 2 kit would void the factory warranty, the dealer would pick up a warranty for 4yr/50,000 miles. The performance appears to be the same (although I am trying to confirm which S2 kit they are referencing). This seems like a no brainer. What am I missing?

I would get that warranty in writing. The local dealer here in Virginia offered a similar deal last year. They still sell upgrade kits but they won't warrantly them. I think BMW came down on them because it competes with the JCW kit.
