Bang for buck, I'd recommend the 15% and the rear swaybar. You are effecting to changes - the biggest you can make in each of their respective areas (pulley for the engine and swaybar for the suspension).

Hope that helps!

I'd go to driving school (the fast kind, not the "get your license back" kind). That oughta hold you for a while.

ok, I only say that because I want to go to driving school, or have someone who knows how to drive (well) teach me.

Personally, I did the H-sport rear sway, and it was delicious.

Depends on how you feel about your warranty.

Swaybar and SS is easy cheap and doesn't really raise an eyebrow at the dealership so it has the least impact on your warranty.

Any pulley upgrade is going to affect your supercharger warranty- are you ready to accept that? If so, how durable do you want the pulley upgrade to be? Very durable as in bullet proof and lowest maintanence? If yes then the 15% pulley is a safe bet and uses the stock belt. If you choose the clamp on style pulley you can later upgrade to 19% ($80 for the part) and about $200 labor.

The 15% pulley is usable alone or you can add almost any ECU software upgrade and it will work. Once you commit to 17% or 19% pulley the ECU software upgrades don't really work that well and you are better off looking at GIAC for the 17% or 19% ($325) with larger new Bosch fuel injectors ($300 plus labor about $50) or you can leave the 17% or 19% pulley alone with just the smaller belt.(needs replacement every 12,000-20,000 miles depending on use).

If you are not risk averse or don't really push your MCS to redline too often and you drive mostly street with some light track or autocross then the 19% pulley and rear bar (not SS) would be the biggest change.

SS is low cost and feels good but doesn't really affect performance the way that a pulley adds to power or a rear swaybar adds to handling/cornering.

Doesn't really matter. If you're like most of us, you'll do 'em all in time anyway. In my opinion, start with 15% puulley. It really adds the punch. The intake is also nice as you get the new sounds in addition to a little more omph. The sway bars is a definate upgrade for the corners. And the short shift, my personal favorite, just makes driving more fun. Although I would sugggest holding off on that until you do an exhaust. (Oh yes...you'll do an exhaust). Installation is just easier that way. And don't forget to add the chip upgrade to your list. You'll want that real soon too. Ain't it great to have other people spend your money!!

ripley.

minicoopal- the SS is a nice change from stock..and very cheap too if you use the Helix adapter (im using it). I should've done it when I installed the exhaust though since I had to get the midpipe out of the way anyway.

If it was between the rear sway and ss, I would definitely do the sway first.

I also agree, my best 2 mods are what 10851CS and RandyBMC recommend.

How about 15%, swaybar...and at least a K&N filter so it breathes a little better.

Got to have that air with the new pulley.

19% and sway bar. Best of both worlds. Basically what Randy said but 30-50% better.

If money is ever a factor, skip the intake (not necessary on a MINI) or use the HAI.
