Do I really need JCW injectors????? What other mods????

Ok guy here are the mods I already have in my MCS 04....

Engine Mods:
Pilo Cylinder Head
Schrick Cam
ALTA Big Intercooler
ALTA 15% pulley
ALTA CAI
ALTA exhaust
Milltek Header
Screaming Demon Coil
Plugs and Wires
MTH tuning

Now, I havent been able to DYNO my car to see the HP output on it since I found myself out of Puerto Rico on bussiness things. Do you have an estimate of the HP output a car with those mods should have????

Also, i'm really lost on which direction i should go now.... do you guys have some advices??? Should I get JCW injectors along with the Big TB? Should i get the 19% pulley upgrade????

You didn't mention your air intake?
Any light wheels?
Rear Swaybar?
Lowering springs or coil overs?
Rear lower control arms and front camber plates for more aggressive alignment?

If you keep your 15% pulley you don't really need the JCW injectors.
A 19% pulley would add to power and torque and can be added alone or you can add with it the GIAC for 19% and new larger 380cc fuel injectors from Helix13. Larger TB- not really a good option for the cost. Headers? Not really good for the price. Schrick cam? Maybe since you did the Pilo cylinder head.

Short shift kit and whalen ****! Those are nice.

and forgot to mention... I also have the schrick Cam and the ALTA CAI....

gclass, your setup sounds good. If you still have the mod bug perhaps you should go for better software. I had mth, 2 different versions but just got Giac and it's much better. I got the jcw injectors and airbox, 19% pulley and Giac software. It's a good upgrade from 15%, mth, and alta intake I was running before. I also have a milltek catback and light wheels/tires.

gclass,

What are you using your MINI for? Street, autocross, track, or show?
For street use you're doing fine and the only thing I'd say you are still going to be better off adding is an adjustable rear sway bar (softest setting).

If you track your MINI or do autocross then two areas might need attention-
First is driving skill. How many driving school events have you been to with your MINI and how often. Skill counts more than equiptment most of the time. The best of both worlds is to have skill and a great MINI. Good instruction is worth it's weight in "silver". I'd highly recommend a driving school.
Second is traction. You have power but I'm not sure that you can get it to the ground most of the time. It depends how you drive. A limited slip differential, maybe a lightweight (RDR) flywheel and racing clutch might be worth the labor cost if you were doing regular track sessions. On the street, these mods are overkill.

The reason for front camber plates and rear lower control arms is to allow you to adjust suspension alignment to your desired driving purpose. If you are on the street mostly you might not need to do much more. If you are on the track or autocross then you are at a great disadvantage not having enough front negative camber and too much rear camber from installing lowering springs only.

The way you have things set up is OK. Adding Nitrous (M7) is possible but only good for limited straightaway use. Moving from 15% to 19% isn't going to allow use of the MTH which isn't tuned for the 19% pulley. You'd be better off just keeping the MTH and 15% pulley for now.

Well, I use my MINI for street purposes almost all the time.. but looking forward to put the car on weekend SOLO events...

I was thinking on upgrading the flywheel, clutch (Stage 2 maybe) and also the swaybar and cortrol arms.... but still i want to be able to use it for daily driving....

Anyways now that you mention it, the next stage on my car will be upgrading transmission and suspension. Thanks...

P.S. MTH does not work for the 19% pulley upgrade???? What do you think about the UNICHIP????

MTH, Unichip, Evotech, PowerChip,One click, shark injector, etc are not optimized for the 19% pulley. Those with 19% pulley are better off just using the stock ECU software. Some owners try to fine tune things using Apexi S APC and larger fuel injectors but they have much to adjust then test for positive or negative effects.
