How to pull a Cravenspeed 17% Pulley?
Since I'll be tracking the car, I'm attempting to remove the 17% Cravenspeed so I can install a lower % pulley. The outer shell won't come off and I don't want to mess it up. I have a bolt that will fit the supercharger snout but I don't have any small bolts that fit the outer shell (not the larger ones that clamp the outer shell to the inner collar). Anyone know the thread size? Is there another method to safely remove it? TIA!
Perhaps the inverse of the SC Pulley Install Instructions with that indicating 10-32 screws in combo with Loctite.
Might need heat applied to soften and release that without screw damage.

The four 10-32 screws are out but the outer shell won't budge. The four smaller holes are threaded and I could fashion a plate out of steel in conjunction with a center bolt threaded into the supercharger snout but I don't know the thread size.
"Winner, winner, Chicken Dinner!". Thanks to BlwnAway, a little judicious heat applied to the pulley face with a propane torch did the trick in a couple of minutes. Eazy-Peezy!
p.s.: Dumb me! The small holes in the face of the Cravenspeed pulley are the same thread as the big holes. All I needed to do was run the screws in two opposite small holes 'til they bottomed.

In the future do everything to avoid heat as we've seen many supercharger seals damaged from people heating up pulleys.
Putting the screws in opposite holes and tightening them down is the correct way to mechanically push the pulley apart and come off.
With that said we have at times actually used two screws that are the same thread size but 5mm longer to push them apart as sometimes you need just a little more.
