Is anyone currently running or has ran a Garrett GTX2860R turbo or anything compatible to it...

While I can't give you any insight as to that turbo's compatibility on your gen II car.

I can tell you from what I've found in my gen I swap, that the GTX2860R will most likely work and spool really well, but will limit you to about 330-350 WHP, if what I've found with my GTX2867R on my swap is any indication as far as power and efficiency is concerned.
But...
While it may limit you in overall power, the 330-350 WHP range that the GTX2860R should give you, is pretty close to the limits on what your drive train will handle before you start breaking things, esp with sticky tires, so something to consider.

Hopefully some of your gen II brethren can give you some better insight.
