Hi friends, has anyone tried swapping out the stock tank fuel pump for an AEM one? And if they have been successful in connecting it with the original hose connection of the car?

I've thought of this upgrade as well. Speedtech Motorsports sells it. I would reach out to them, they seem pretty knowledgeable on our R56 and the guy Abraham is pretty responsive.

Hello, try to install the pump. I share the images. In order to make a connection to the hose that the pump sends the fuel, I had to get a hose from an R53 fuel pump and secure it with a pressure clamp. The AEM pump comes with its power connector, the wires are soldered with tin with the wiring from the shell of the original pump.

 

Does it still fit in the bucket? Do you know where I could get that flex hose if I don't have access to an R53 MINI
