I would like to know what the source was for that throttle body. I have a Dinan throttle body and while I did wonder about the way the cap is attached on, it definitely isn't electrical tape. The screws don't look like that either. It's almost as if that was a prototype in my opinion. I have been very pleased with the TB and my other dinan products on my MINI. Plus, with MINI being strict on modifications, I like that I can go into the dealer and not be hassled about things. Plus, most of the people in this thread rant about the high pricing. I have found that most dealers will actually deal on the products! Might not be the case everywhere, but I have the intake, stage 4 software, exhaust, throttle body, and strut brace, and I haven't paid retail for anything.

 

I too is concerned with the warranty an is planning to have a Dinan stage 1 engine software only installed as a starter.
How is the sound of the Dianan exhaust and the intake? Would I be able to use a Milltek or Borla exhaust with Dinan Software?
The Boost Upgrade or Pulley will that be available without the stage 4 Kit?
How did your car performed after you Dinan mods?
Sound though that you are pleased with the Dinan equipment and have a great dealer.
