Here are the prelim designs that we made up. As with the Race version, it will be all stainless, but this will have the correct ports and have the CAT.

out of curiosity, if one were planning to have the header ceramic coated anyway, perhaps the coating cost could be offset by using steel instead of stainless steel?

JLM,

It would cost us more to make a one off in Mild Steel, then to make quantity of Stainless. I think that the price will be better then what is out there (About half or in the 400 range we hope) and then you can get it coated, after that and still be cheaper. Also, We have a company that can coat for less then what you quoted in a previous post.

Looks very promising

Welds look nice as well but why didn't you have the inside of the flange welded?

please , PLEASE design and sell a header with a cat!! what point is there for us to buy high flow headers, and weld them onto an OEM CAT??!

anyhow...will this fit a miltek catback?

Because the OEM CAT handles the flow just fine.
