Excessive Engine Pressure

Morning Guys!
I installed a Cat Cam, new intake and exhaust rocker arms, 550cc injectors, and the Byteronik tune a month + ago. Mini already had the DDM CAI, 15% Pulley, Range 7 Plugs, Full Miltek Exhaust, ect.

I've notice oil saturation around the out side of the dipstick tube and valve cover oil cap. I'm taking a guess that the engine is running higher pressure. I replaced the crank case pressure valve

Thoughts? Experience?

Car running good otherwise Tristan. I knew it was you right away. Why did you replace the rocker arms on the exhaust side?

could I have a plugged cat causing excessive back pressure within the engine?
